1.How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes 7-10 days worldwide. A tracking number will be sent to you within 48 hours so you can track the progress of your order online. Please allow up to 5 days for the shipping company to update the information on their website.
2. How do I return for a refund or exchange?
In order to process your return you must send us an email with the details of your order and the items you would like to return. n order to process a replacement or refund you must return the items you received at your expense and provide a tracking number. We do not charge restocking fee.

4. Are all your items in stock?
Yes, but occasionally available inventory might reduce due to the great demand. If for any reason an out of stock item is still displayed and you have paid, then we will contact you as soon as possible and refund you. Hope your understanding.

All the items on our website are free shipping, you don't need to pay for extra fees except the product price.
6. We were charged on our credit card but status shows not shipped yet ?
Sometimes the tracking info would be delayed to update, especially during the holidays, during these times you may get your goods before we can update that you have in fact been shipped.
7. When will I receive my order?
Delivery time is about 4-7 days usually. We require 1-3 business days to process an order for shipment. After the order has been processed, it will be shipped out with EMS. Processing time + Shipping time = Delivery time.
8. How will I know you received my order & when will payment be deducted?
After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. Your card will only be debited at time of dispatch. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.
9. Can I track my order?
Yes, you can. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and an tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.
10. What happens if an item is out of stock?
All of the products that you see in our site are in stock and waiting to be shipped. However if by chance it happens that an item is out of stock we will notify the customer and will offer the customer the opportunity to substitute the item for another item in stock, remove it from the order, or place the order temporarily on hold until the item is in stock again. If a costumer chooses to remove the out of stock item from the order, a refund will be issued for the item including the difference in the shipping cost. If that is still unsatisfactory, we will then offer a full refund for the order.
